27:00 - 2nd rock bottom (Catfished in my altered brain injury state)
29:00 - 3rd rock bottom (point of no return moment: seeing the bottle of wine and knowing I wasn’t strong enough to hold off)
32:00 - Waking up face down on the carpet (the self loathing shame)
34:30 - You have to want to stop for YOURSELF
36:35 - 4th rock bottom (car accident followed by the call for help)
38:30 - Admitting I had a real problem and why I had to leave my friend group
41:40 - Why I believed I was no longer addicted (after 2-3 months sober)
43:00 - Moderating does not work for the majority of women
44:00 - FINALLY fully admitted I was addicted at 32
45:00 - Relapse journey leading to elevating my life
46:25 - FREEDOM DAY!! May 21, 2017 was the last day I woke up with a hangover feeling shame or guilt
