â£I opened the doors to my ð·ðŠð³ðº ð§ðªð³ðŽðµ ðð°ð¶ðð±ð³ðŠð¯ðŠð¶ð³ ð£ð¶ðŽðªð¯ðŠðŽðŽ, ððšðð²ðð¡ðð«ð¢ð¬ð¡ ðð¢ð ð¡ ðð¢ðð«ððð¢ðšð§ðð¥ ðð€ð¢ð§ððð«ð.â£â£
 
For those who donât know the story, I ðð«ðððð®ð«ðð ðŠð² ð¬ð€ð®ð¥ð¥ & ð¬ð®ð¬ððð¢ð§ðð ð ðð«ðð®ðŠððð¢ð ðð«ðð¢ð§ ð¢ð§ð£ð®ð«ð² over 8 years ago & it left me with anosmia (ð³ðð«ðš ððð¢ð¥ð¢ðð² ððš ð¬ðŠðð¥ð¥).â£

Interestingly enough, after losing my my sense of smell, ðŠð² ðð§ðð«ð ððð¢ð ð¬ðð§ð¬ð¢ðð¢ð¯ð¢ðð² ð¢ð§ðð«ððð¬ðð ðð ðð§ ðð±ð©ðšð§ðð§ðð¢ðð¥ ð«ðððð¶. It was as if my body had to make up for losing one sense by heightening another.â£

This was taking place alongside my spiritual awakening journeyâš (ðµð©ð¢ðµ ðªðŽ ðžð©ðŠð¯ ðŠð·ðŠð³ðºðµð©ðªð¯ðš ð€ð©ð¢ð¯ðšðŠð¥ ð¢ðŽ ð®ðº ð·ðªð£ð³ð¢ðµðªð°ð¯ ðŽðµð¢ð³ðµðŠð¥ ðµð° ðŠððŠð·ð¢ðµðŠ ð®ð°ð³ðŠ ð¢ð¯ð¥ ð®ð°ð³ðŠ)!â£

One (of many) side effects of this, was becoming ðð«ðð°ð§ ððš ð¡ðšð¥ð¢ð¬ðð¢ð ð¡ððð¥ð¢ð§ð ðŠðšððð¥ð¢ðð¢ðð¬ & ð¡ððð¥ðð¡ð¢ðð« ðð¡ðšð¢ððð¬ in my lifestyle. â£Can you relate?ðð»ââïž

I ð«ð¢ð ðŠð² ð¡ðšðŠð ðšð ððšð±ð¢ð§ð¬ ðð§ð ðð¡ðð ð¢ð§ðð¥ð®ððð ðŠð² ð¬ð€ð¢ð§ððð«ð after learning what kind of unhealthy ingredients were allowed inside. â£

I had a ððšð§ ðšð ð¬ð€ð¢ð§ ð¢ð¬ð¬ð®ðð¬ ðððð€ ðð¡ðð§, including eczema, and I found that nothing was ideal for my sensitive skin... ð¬ðš ð ð¬ððð«ðð ðð¡ð ð©ð«ðšððð¬ð¬ ðšð ððšð«ðŠð®ð¥ððð¢ð§ð ðŠð² ðšð°ð§ ð¬ð€ð¢ð§ððð«ð for personal use⊠and ðð¡ðð² ð°ðšð«ð€ðð ðð ðªððð!â£âºïž

During that time, I also became an energy healer (ððŠðªð¬ðª ð±ð³ð¢ð€ðµðªðµðªð°ð¯ðŠð³) and was becoming ðð§ðð«ð ððð¢ððð¥ð¥ð² ðð«ðð°ð§ ððš ðð¡ð ðð¥ððŠðð§ððð¥ ð€ð¢ð§ð ððšðŠâŠ ðð¥ð¬ðš ð€ð§ðšð°ð§ ðð¬ ðð«ð²ð¬ððð¥ð¬! â£

So much so, I eventually became a ð€ðŠð³ðµðªð§ðªðŠð¥ ð€ð³ðºðŽðµð¢ð ð©ðŠð¢ððŠð³ð This was quite a curveball, given the fact ðŠð² ððð«ððð« ðððð€ ðð¡ðð§ ð°ðð¬ ððð¬ðð ð¢ð§ ð¬ðð¢ðð§ðð & ð©ð¡ð²ð¬ð¢ðšð¥ðšð ð²ð©º

Anyways, on the fateful day of November 14, 2014, â¡ïžðð¡ð ð¢ð§ð¬ð©ð¢ð«ðð ð¢ððð ð¡ð¢ð ðŠðâ¡ïž while I was driving on a windy road heading into Sedona, Arizona (ð¢ð¯ ð¢ð³ðŠð¢ ð¬ð¯ð°ðžð¯ ð¢ð³ð°ð¶ð¯ð¥ ðµð©ðŠ ð±ðð¢ð¯ðŠðµ ðµð° ð©ð¢ð·ðŠ ð±ð°ðžðŠð³ð§ð¶ð ðŠð¯ðŠð³ðšðº ð·ð°ð³ðµðªð€ðŠðŽð). â£

Side note: I had been on a 2 week road trip / hiking trip throughout Western USA & I had just finished exploring the Grand Canyon⊠ððš ð¬ðð² ð ð°ðð¬ ðððð¥ð¢ð§ð ð¡ð¢ð ð¡ ðšð§ ð¥ð¢ðð ðð«ðšðŠ ð¬ðš ðŠð®ðð¡ ð§ððð®ð«ð ð¢ð¬ ðð§ ð®ð§ððð«ð¬ðððððŠðð§ð! â£
(ðžð±ðªð€ðµð¶ð³ðŠð¥ ðªðŽ ð®ðŠ ðŠð¹ð±ðð°ð³ðªð¯ðš ðµð©ðŠ ð€ð¢ð¯ðºð°ð¯ ðµð©ð¢ðµ ð¥ð¢ðº)â£

So, that evening as I entered Sedona, â¡ïžðð¡ð ð¢ððð ð¡ð¢ð ðŠð ð¥ð¢ð€ð ð ð¥ð¢ð ð¡ððð§ð¢ð§ð ððšð¥ð ðšð ð¢ð§ð¬ð©ð¢ð«ððð¢ðšð§.â¡ïž

The idea was: I must create my own skincare line and make it with the very best natural ingredients Mother Nature can offer BUT also ð¢ð§ðð®ð¬ð ðð¥ð¥ ðð¡ð ð«ððð¢ð©ðð¬ ð°ð¢ðð¡ ðð¡ð ð¡ððð¥ð¢ð§ð ð¯ð¢ðð«ððð¢ðšð§ðð¥ ð©ðšð°ðð«ð¬ ðšð ðð«ð²ð¬ððð¥ ðð¬ð¬ðð§ððð¬ & ððð¢ð€ð¢âšâš.â£

Now to some, this inspired idea would be just that.. ðð§ ð¢ððð ðð¡ðð ð¬ððð²ð¬ ðð§ ð¢ððð, ðð¬ð©ððð¢ðð¥ð¥ð² ð ð¢ð¯ðð§ ðð¡ð ðððð ð ð¡ðð ðð§ðšð¬ðŠð¢ð (ð³ðŠð®ðŠð®ð£ðŠð³ ð§ð³ð°ð® ð£ð³ð¢ðªð¯ ðªð¯ð«ð¶ð³ðº) as I would never be able to smell test any of my formulations.â£

From the outside looking in, ð¢ð ð£ð®ð¬ð ð¬ðððŠðð ðð«ðð³ð² ððš ððŠððð«ð€ ðšð§ ð¬ð®ðð¡ ðð§ ðð§ðððð¯ðšð®ð«ðµâð«. Not to mention, at that time, crystal essences had not even added to skincare lines, making this truly leading edge (ðžð©ðªð€ð© ð¢ððŽð° ð®ðŠð¢ð¯ðŽ ð¯ð° ðŠð·ðªð¥ðŠð¯ð€ðŠ ð§ð³ð°ð® ð°ðµð©ðŠð³ðŽ ðªðµ ð€ð°ð¶ðð¥ ðžð°ð³ð¬).â£

So, when I got back home to Alberta from that trip, ð ð©ð®ð ðŠð² ð§ðšð¬ð ððš ðð¡ð ð ð«ð¢ð§ðð¬ððšð§ðð». â£

I was still in my corporate career back then which meant I had to ððð¯ðšðð ðŠðšð¬ð ðð¥ð¥ ðšð ðŠð² ð°ððð€ðð§ðð¬ ðð§ð ðŠðð§ð² ðð¯ðð§ð¢ð§ð ð¬ ððððð« ð°ðšð«ð€ to the creation of this business endeavour. â£

I researched and formulated countless concoctionsâïž until I found the most exquisite ratios for ultimate results.â£

I had no idea what I was doing. I had ððšð®ð§ðð¥ðð¬ð¬ ð¬ðððððð€ð¬ ðð§ð ðð«ð®ð¬ðð«ððð¢ðšð§ð¬ but with 1 foot in front of the other, ð ðð«ð«ð¢ð¯ðð ððš ððšð¯ððŠððð« ð, ðððð & ð°ðð¬ ððšð«ðŠðð¥ð¥ð² ðšð©ðð§ ððšð« ðð®ð¬ð¢ð§ðð¬ð¬ð!⣠(pictured below was first tradeshow that month)

ð ð³ðŠð®ðŠð®ð£ðŠð³ ð®ðº ð§ðªð³ðŽðµ ðŽð¢ððŠ ðµð©ð¢ðµ ð¥ð¢ðº ððªð¬ðŠ ðªðµ ðžð¢ðŽ ðºðŠðŽðµðŠð³ð¥ð¢ðº. â£

ð ð°ðð¬ ð¥ð¢ð¯ð¢ð§ð ð¢ð§ ð ðð¢ð§ð² ððð ð¬ðªð®ðð«ð ððšðšð ðð©ðð«ððŠðð§ð which I had downsized into to have more money to fund new business. â£

ð ð¡ððð«ð ð ðð¡ð-ðð¡ð¢ð§ð ð¬ðšð®ð§ð ð ðš ðšððð on my computer to tell me someone just bought their very first product! â£

ð ð«ðð§ ðð«ðšð®ð§ð ðŠð² ðð¢ð§ð² ð¬ð¡ðšðððšð± ðð©ðð«ððŠðð§ð ðð§ð ð¬ðªð®ððð¥ðð ð°ð¢ðð¡ ðð±ðð¢ðððŠðð§ððð». The customerâs name was Mona & she bought an Organic Body Butter. She was someone I knew personally and so ð¬ð¡ð ð©ðð¢ð ðŠð ð¢ð§ ððð¬ð¡ when I saw her. â£

ðµðð¡ð $ðð ððšð¥ð¥ðð« ðð¢ð¥ð¥ ð¬ð¡ð ð ðð¯ð ðŠð ð ð¬ðð¯ðð (on my vision board) ðð¬ ð ð©ðšð°ðð«ðð®ð¥ & ð¡ð®ðŠðð¥ð ð«ððŠð¢ð§ððð«. â£

It tells me where my vision all began. ðð¡ð ð¡ð®ðŠðð¥ð ððð ð¢ð§ð§ð¢ð§ð ð¬ ðšð ðð¡ðð ðð¢ð§ð² ððð ð¬ðªð®ðð«ð ððšðšð ðð©ðð«ððŠðð§ð. It tells me how one sale may not seem like a lot but it leads to many more.â£

It reminds me how much we are to ðð«ð®ð¬ð ðšð®ð« ð¢ð§ð¬ð©ð¢ð«ðð ð¢ðððð¬ ð§ðš ðŠððððð« ð¡ðšð° ð®ð§ð«ððð¥ð¢ð¬ðð¢ð ðšð« ððð«-ððððð¡ðð⊠just because other people havenât done it yet.â£

It reminds me that ðŠð² ð©ðšð°ðð« ð¢ð¬ ððð ðððððððððððððð ðð®ð ððððððððððð». It resides inside and can overcome any obstacle or barrier along the way (ðª.ðŠ. ð¯ðŠð·ðŠð³ ðŽð®ðŠðððªð¯ðš ð¢ ðŽðªð¯ðšððŠ ð±ð³ð°ð¥ð¶ð€ðµ ð ð©ð¢ð·ðŠ ð¥ðŠð·ðŠðð°ð±ðŠð¥, ðºðŠðµ ð£ðŠðªð¯ðš ðµð°ðð¥ ðµð©ðŠðº ð¢ðð ðŽð®ðŠðð ð©ðŠð¢ð·ðŠð¯ððº).â£

ð ð¥ðð¬ð¡ ððšð«ð°ðð«ð ð ð²ððð«ð¬ later & my company has grossed close to 1/2 a million dollars!!!
