Stepping into a Conscious Leadership Role requires these 4 things... ⁣

🔥Saying things others won’t say (not following the trend of public opinion)⁣

🔥Doing the things (taking action steps!!) that others won’t do⁣

🔥Paving the path ahead - often a path no one has gone before (at least not in your own unique way)⁣

🔥Having courageous conversations - addressing the elephant in the room that is easier to turn a blind eye to⁣

Doing all of these things is not always comfortable. ⁣ ⁣

In all honesty, it is scary as hell sometimes. ⁣ ⁣ You become vulnerable to criticism from others on a much greater scale than ever before.

My examples…being told I’m doing the satan’s work and being made fun of by religious groups (when I was an energy healer & crystal healer) & being shamed, criticized and put down for using social media to let people know about my mentoring programs and services. ⁣

The question is…⁣ ⁣ Is the mission written in your heart ♥️(the magnitude of what you have to share) worth contracting & dimming down to self-protect against ridicule, judgment or feeling like the minority? ⁣ ⁣

For some .. maybe most people, it is just not worth it.⁣ ⁣ BUT, for brave & fierce lightworkers💡:⁣ ⁣

💎You are willing to step into the fire & be susceptible to judgements ⁣ ⁣

💎You are willing to take action before you feel 100% confident (because confidence comes from consistent action not chronic procrastination masked as preparation ..#snap)⁣ ⁣

💎You willing to use your voice, share your message & make an impact!⁣ ⁣

💎You are willing to put your higher calling/purpose above your fear⁣ ⁣
