This is for a 90 minute session that includes the following:
- ๐ฃ๏ธAmple time to share what you are navigating to feel seen, witnessed and supported as we then enter the healing session.
- โจReiki energy healing to open and balance all chakra energy centres (chakras are measured before the session to see which are closed and then again after to confirm they are all balanced).
- ๐Custom crystal grid layout, intuitively created with sacred geometry, that supports your shared intention for the healing session. This includes a crystal to take home with you to hold your intention.
- ๐ฅฃSound healing with my Tibetan sound bowl before and after the session.
- ๐ฌ๏ธClearing of your auric field before the session starts with sage smoke or alternative if you are sensitive to sage.
- ๐ชฝMini Angel card reading before the session starts.
- ๐ธOrganic essential oils and crystal essences nebulized throughout room that resonate with the appropriate chakras that may need a little extra love & attention.
- ๐ปShould you desire, red light therapy placed over the bed.
